The Science of Plant Diseases

 Diseases in plants are caused by a wide range of microbes, including fungi, bacteria and viruses. these infect both plant  aerial and root  growth. This talk will describe some of the physiological, biochemical and molecular aspects of these biological interactions which are moderated by the environment, seasonality and genetics of both the hosts and microbes.
